CUSTOMS, IMPORT & DUTY FEES
We are aware that some countries have high import/duty fees, we don't want you to pay any extra fees. If this is a concern please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
Due to past orders from fraudulent credit cards, we are now using PayPal as our primary payment service, if you don't have a PayPal account you can still use your credit card by clicking 'pay with card' and using the guest payment option. It is the most secure service for us and yourself. You also have the option of paying with Afterpay allowing you to pay over four fortnightly instalments, interest free. We also offer Cash, Eftpos and Afterpay payments in both of our Melbourne stores.
We are based in Melbourne, Australia. All items will be posted twice a week, within 2-3 working days and you will receive a confirmation email once the item is dispatched. We ship worldwide via Australia Post.
Australia wide, we offer FREE shipping. Items are shipped via the ‘Express post with signature’ service and offers next business day delivery, requiring a signature upon arrival.
International customers also receive FREE standard shipping, this comes with a tracking number and takes approximately 7-10 business days for delivery.
Or if you need the item fast we offer a flat rate of $20 for ‘Express International’ service. The Express service takes 2-4 business days for delivery once dispatched out of Australia and includes a tracking number.
RETURNS / STORE CREDITS
Returns: If you receive the garment and it does not fit you we offer a return of the item plus the postage fee to you ($10 aus wide $20 international) in exchange for store credit to the full value of the item/s purchased. You must notify us within 2 days (48 hours) of arrival as stated on the online postal tracking. The return postage cost to us must be paid by yourself and have online tracking included. If the item is in the same condition as when we sent it, the store credit to the value of the item/s purchased plus shipping is valid for 6 months. Once we receive the retuned item/s we will email a notification and send you the store credit receipt.
If you receive the garment and there are any flaws (Stains, tears, holes) we will cover all the costs (shipping to you and return, plus the full garment amount) in the form of store credit. Please check all measurements of the garment before purchasing and email any fit or condition questions to email@example.com. We can also provide additional images of the material and it worn on a body.
All of our items are of the highest quality pre-owned, we inspect the garments for flaws. All items have been steamed, and some may have a degree of ‘wear’, which means the overall feeling of the material may not feel like new. We do not except returns for 'feeling of wear' garments. Many of our pieces have never been worn and have been stored by collectors since the time the garment was produced.
