CUSTOMS, IMPORT & DUTY FEES

We are aware that some countries have high import/duty fees, we don't want you to pay any extra fees. If this is a concern please send us an email to shop@dotcomme.net for further information.

SHIPPING    

We are based in Melbourne, Australia. All items will be posted twice a week, within 2-3 working days and you will receive a confirmation email once the item is dispatched. We ship worldwide via Australia Post.

Australia wide, we post FREE of charge via the ‘Express post with signature’ service. This offers next business day delivery and requires a signature upon delivery. You are guaranteed to have the package in your hands and not left on the door step or mail box for everyone to see.

For International  customers we offer FREE STANDARD GLOBAL SHIPPING via the ‘Pack & Track International’ which comes with a tracking number and takes approximately 7-10 business days for delivery.

Or if you need the item fast we offer a flat rate of $25 for ‘Express Courier International’ service. The Express service takes 2-4 business days for delivery once dispatched out of Australia and also comes with a tracking number.

 

RETURNS / REFUNDS 

Returns: If you receive the garment and it does not fit you we offer a return of the item in exchange for store credit to the value of the item purchased. You must notify us within 2 days of arrival as stated on the online postal tracking. The return post cost must be paid by you and have online tracking included. If the item is in the same condition as when we sent it, the store credit to the value of the item purchased is valid for 1 year. Please check all measurements of the garment before purchasing.

Refunds: Full refunds will only be accepted when you report that the item is damaged (holes, tears or stains) which will be a very unlikely occurrence as we closely inspect each garment. To receive a refund the items flaw/condition must be reported within 24 hours of arrival time as stated on the online postage tracking. The item must be sent back to us to receive the full refund.

All of our items are of the highest quality pre-owned, we inspect garments multiple times for flaws. All items have been steamed, and some may have a degree of ‘wear’, which means the overall feeling of the material may not feel like new. Many of our pieces have never been worn and have been stored since the time the garment was produced.
